I am working in this company since 4 Years and what I observed is Sleuths India Detectives has better job security at any level. Lots of chance to skill development. They are very proactive iin their approach to employee retention, inclusion, diversity and belongings. My managers and teammates are incredibly supportive and helpful, which has been the source of my success with the company.

At times work pressure is high but then next day it is eased so it can be managed and no any dislikes from my side.

I handle the Mumbai branch of Sleuths India. I have ground force of 4 to 6people who report into me whom I delegate work as per the case requirements. As an extension of the head office I handle all the queries that the clients pose over the phone & on personal meeting. Co-ordination between the branch and head office is crucial & I seamlessly do that. For advanced or technical client queries I coordinate with my head office . Being in the service industry customer delight plays a major role & I strive to give the customer an experience to convert customer satisfaction to customer delight. New business development by tapping into corporate and individual databases is a major part of the function. In a nutshell all the activities of Sleuths India in Mumbai are handled by me in conjunction with the head office. Overall its been 5years truly an amazing experience with Sleuths India. MD & the Management are with Visionary leadership ability to motivate a workforce.

Sleuths provides opportunity to up skill, since in this company I am always around prestigious retired officials which itself is a matter of pride and there's a lot to learn with them. Work environment is amazing, always celebrations, respect for every single employee is what it drags my love more towards this company. Enough of freedom to experiment with yourself in different areas with many different cases. Hunger for more is always nurtured maturely. The strenghts are used to the best possible ways....MD to this company, he himself is a very down to earth person which really creates a strong bond between employee and firm with lots of freedom to explore..
