Only thing I like here is that You can drink free coffee. If you are a coffee lover. Nothing else to like here about.

... has 2 months notice period and they pay you after 105 days if you quit the job. Salary comes after day 7 of each month. From HR to VP, all are illiterate. The company is very good for customer they keep sending free products even if you buy for as low as 200 but quite opposite for employees. Don't even think of increment. You won't get it until you have done something very innovative for the company and it will be done by June irrespective of the joining date.

general shifts 10 AM to 7PM.

no benefits for employees No work culture No employee portal where we can get our salary slips have to ask the HR and they have only one HR so it is next to impossible to get your salary slip or any other data. Salary date is also 4th or 5th every month. Overall a bad place to work you will not able to learn anything new.

The company was overall good but in management some new commer officers has distrb the system else the house is good for career.

New management in sales department but honestly the board of directors are very good business personalities.

No like, There is no proper working environment here. people are hired with false promises. they say one thing during hiring process and something completely different after joining. they have no clear polices. employee are made to work 15 hours a days this is every day routine .and are called Saturday and Sunday. if someone doesn't come, they are threatened with termination. The atmosphere is extremely toxic. this is personal opinion please not join in this company this company completely worthless.

joining means completely ruining your personal life there is no learning here. you will assigned task completely different to your KRA. Even the Co- founder argue with you and speak very rudely to their to own team.
