Salary is good, on time credited in account. Brand and market policies are good, lot of scope of learning.

1. Biased policies and a non-functional HR 2. Organisation structure keeps changing and different roles are assigned, employees affected are even not asked before changes are decided 3. Toxic culture 4. Non-fulfilment of promises made before joining 5. Too many CXO exits within a year of joining, making it difficult for senior managers to form a vision for their verticals
