Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...arn how to waste your precious time. Then that's the best place to work here. You will receive salary on 5-6 every month.

Dislikes

Hire only stupid people, No working culture, No TL , No Project Manager, Good Developers left the Company already , No career Growth - basically would not able to learn anything which will be helpful in your future career. Do not expect anything for if you asked for help no sure you help or not but information will go to HR that someone helped you all. No project management tool. Politics all the time.

Sleek Infosolutions is a good company. Job security, not fully applicable. Salary scale, poor. Work culture is good, there are helping hands, if stuck in a problem. Saturday, Sunday off, but I have to work in Saturdays also, project manager is good enough, helpful, understanding situation problems. I left Sleek because of documentation problem, I don't have any proof of my salary, it was not mentioned in offer letter, and payslip was been given to me.
