...company is that they have not asked anyone to resign during covid 19 lockdown. when other companies are slashing the salaries to half we got our full pay. The management is a lot helpful and was there with us during the time of needs. On the prospective of growth in career I would surely suggest the company, as there are lot of growth prospective for a young mind and also for those who are ready to take on challenges and open to take new responsibilities.

Dislikes

The only thing that I should say company is not good at is planning out office tours, like I haven't got any by now, not sure about the previous employee if they got any. I would really like to have a Tour out with my colleagues.

I recently joined and my experience with the company is awesome, Shahrukh Sir is a very kind person, he resolved all my queries regarding the company and job role without me thinking that am I dumb or a burden. The team leaders are also good.

The company is open to train and develop young HR professionals, The fact that I was a fresher once and the difference I can feel now in lieu of my past self is enormous, also if we talk about the growth opportunity I can say simply I never felt monotonous during my working period with Skywings, like everyday comes with some new opportunity and challenge for me.

Dislikes

What do I dislike? Ah lets see I may say that the company is less indulge in extra curriculum activities, I know its not a college or school, but we also want to enjoy some days.... More office parties should be there.

Started as freshers was hired as an Intern and you can learn a lot. If you want to start your career in Human Resources Recruitment then it is a good company.
