Having joined SkyView patnitop by empyrean is a great opportunity for me to learn something new and more exciting about this industry. Since we are couple of people in Sales & marketing team, it is good to see how we managed to maintain a healthy work culture that is focused on learning, customer engagement, customer service satisfaction. Also company policies are too good, appraisals are fair, medical facilities, and there is a great transprancy in the company and it feels like we are just a family, specially during the period of Covid-19.

Dislikes

Things can be quiet stressing sometimes.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Although I don't see this necessarily as a con as a one learns alot from such experiences.

Skyview patnitop site is one of the best site in jammu division. It has its own 🚠 gondola which is the Highest in south asia . For hospitality it is one of the best among the hotels in that region.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
