I was employed at Skylex Tech from 2021 to 2023, and regrettably, my experience was far from ideal. This review aims to provide insights into the concerning issues I encountered during my tenure. Unpleasant Working Environment: Throughout my time at Skylex Tech, the working environment was marred by a pervasive sense of toxicity and internal politics. It was evident that certain individuals with over a decade of experience were hired based on personal connections from the mechanical department, leading to the unjust termination of competent IT professionals. Lack of Training and Support: One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was the absence of proper training and support for new hires. Instead of providing guidance, the management seemed more focused on political alliances, leaving many of us without the necessary resources to excel in our roles. Pressure During Revenue Downturns: During periods of revenue decline, the pressure on employees was palpable. Instead of constructive solutions, there was an atmosphere where team leaders and managers appeared to stand over our shoulders, demanding updates on our tasks without offering any assistance or understanding of the challenges we faced. Abuse and Lack of Professionalism: The behavior of some team leaders and managers was far from professional. Instances of verbal abuse and manipulation were not uncommon. It was disheartening to witness the disregard for employees' well-being and the frequent attempts to deceive the director and HR.

Overall, my experience with skylex was neither exceptional nor disappointing. It fell somewhere in the middle. I believe that with a few adjustments and enhancements, this skylex has the potential to provide a more memorable experience.

I was a part of the Skylex Tech team from 2016 to 2022, and I must express my sincere disappointment with the working conditions during my tenure. This review intends to shed light on the concerning issues that I encountered during my time at the company. A Nightmare Workplace: Working at Skylex Tech felt like a never-ending nightmare. The company was plagued by internal politics that affected every aspect of our work environment. Unfortunately, it was clear that team leaders and managers often prioritized personal relationships over professionalism when making hiring decisions. Lack of Cooperation: The lack of cooperation among team leaders and managers was evident and contributed significantly to the challenges we faced. Instead of fostering a collaborative atmosphere, they seemed more interested in advancing their own interests and those of their friends from the mechanical department. Unjust Terminations: One of the most distressing aspects of my time at Skylex Tech was witnessing the unjust termination of proficient IT professionals. These decisions were made without due consideration for the HR department or the company's directors, casting a shadow of doubt over the company's decision-making processes. Manipulation and Deception: It was disheartening to witness the extent to which some managers and team leaders would go to manipulate situations and deceive HR and the company's directors. Their actions were not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the overall workplace atmosphere.

I was employed with Skylex Tech since 2014 to 2023 and I regret to say that my experience was less than satisfactory This review aims to highlight some of the concerning issues I encountered during my time there Workplace Politics: One of the most noticeable issues at Skylex Tech is the prevalence of workplace politics. It appears that senior employees often prioritize personal relationships over professional competence when hiring for IT positions. This resulted in the hiring of individuals from non-IT backgrounds, such as mechanical engineers, who were ill-equipped for their roles. Unfair Terminations: One of the most disheartening occurrences during my tenure at Skylex Tech was the unjust termination of competent IT professionals to make room for these unqualified hires. It was evident that these decisions were driven by personal connections rather than job performance, which negatively impacted the morale of the entire IT team. Manipulation by Management: The management team, including managers and team leaders, seemed complicit in this unprofessional behavior. Instead of addressing concerns and promoting a fair working environment, they appeared to be actively participating in these politics, undermining the trust and confidence of the entire workforce. Lack of Transparency: Furthermore, the lack of transparency in decision-making processes was a significant concern. It was challenging to trust the leadership, especially when it seemed that decisions were made to please the director and HR, rather than based on merit or the best interests of the company and its employees. In conclusion, my time at Skylex Tech was marred by a toxic work culture driven by nepotism and favoritism. The lack of fairness, transparency, and professionalism in the workplace left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the company takes steps to address these issues, as they are detrimental to both the employees and the organization as a whole.
