It says that there is no higherarchy, but there is a hidden ceiling that restrict us access to the higher management. We won't be given any challenging tasks. Even if we do something challenging no appreciation for the good work. No growth opportunities.

I would like to say that our company is the price of North Karnataka because there is no such IT Company in any other district around us. We are 150+ people giving a good quality and accurate services for US Healthcare Service.

Management is third class.. All are bucket.. There is a huge bucket family.. Manager only don't know the work then what he gives training for his junior.. He is a slave of bucket family..

I feel all the positive reviews are paid. This is one of the worst culture company you work in your career. Especially the Dharwad branch. Worst management, worst work culture, you feel like you are under dictatorship. So don’t even let you work peacefully

Hello I'm working in skycliff from past 3 years and I worked in a collection department a good environment and culture supportive managers, company provides all facilities like night dinner cab pickup and drop and also coming to the salary part it's bit low at the starting after some 2 years there will be a good salary provided by the company and one disadvantage is there is no rotational shift will be provided need to work from 6:30 pm to 3:30 which will be very hectic after 2 years health issues will start so company need to change the timings who have atleast 2 years experience.
