I think in a company sometimes wrong people get hired and when they get fired they put negative reviews, since I have seen people come and go but if you are doing the work, then definitely a good company to work with.

After listening to the company employees the management took decision, however in many companies mostly it is one way street.

I think they pay more variables and it is an add on for me, in which I am getting more compared to the companies I have worked with.

The owners are good, so there is fairly any dislike, if you have some suggestions then take it seriously and then would implement it.

Target is every where and I think if no Target is achieved then obviously pressure will be there

Initally when started there was less incentive but since last year the incentives are good and we get salary 1st and incentive 10th.

there had been internet issues due to which my id's had got blocked last year, but other than that it is good.
