Company do provide salary very late which is difficult for employees to manage in city like Bengaluru. Company needs to work on its payroll. Many employees do not want to join organization because of salary timmings.

Likes

A startup with high-thinking, good opportunity for growth, with flexible work culture. I used to do work from home you are free to share your thoughts. Founder Srinivas is cool-minded mostly, listen to you and give you that space to perform. Loads of opportunities to learn, unlearn, and relearn. Failures are considered lessons to be learned.

Dislikes

Srini is pretty cool mostly but gets upset and extremely angry when you take work for granted; he can't tolerate laid-back attitudes and his simple questions looks too difficult to answer.

I have been working with Skoolz for the past year. Working with Skoolz is an excellent experience. This is a very flexible and result-oriented company. Even their product, the features and the facilities they provide on their website are very helpful for parents, as I am a parent, this website is helpful for me too. I simply love working here.
