Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

About some staff's Narayanan who was the incharge of depo in Chennai he reduced my salary. I like the company they have many history. Skm was the top in siddha and ayurveda company. But some staff's are worst I didn't get my full salary from starting to till I leave. I didn't even take any leaves even I didn't ask any permission, but I didn't get full salary, they didn't give home allowance for a pharmacist.
