His leadership style is not just about getting thing's done, but about empowering the team and ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued. what's even more remarkable is that the founder's and co founder's who could easily be distant figures are incredibly approachable and treat us like friends. I'm thoroughly enjoying my team here and I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a positive and nurturing environment
