Working at this company has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. From the very Beginning I've felt an overwhelming sense of support and camaraderie. My manager in particular, has been a constant source of Guidance and encouragement, always there to lend a hand whenever needed. His leadership style is not just about getting thing's done, but about empowering the team and ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued. what's even more remarkable is that the founder's and co founder's who could easily be distant figures are incredibly approachable and treat us like friends. They take the time to engage with team address concern's and offer help whenever necessary . It truly feels like we're all working together towards a shared vision. I'm thoroughly enjoying my team here and I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a positive and nurturing environment

Sometimes work loads are high that we don't get time for ourself maybe this is the only thing that i don't like

Work Environment is Fantastic with supportive colleagues and great work life balance.There is so much opportunity for us to learn through interactions with our founders and they are always approachable and helpful in any situation.
