Pros: Managers are supportive, got learn alot, on Time salary, recognition for your achievements and works on company's portal and gift vouchers as reward, supportive HRs, helpful colleague.

Dislikes

Cons: Teams are small in size , so sometimes get extra work pressure. ( So for someone it might be an opportunity to learn more, for someone it might be burden to do spend more working hours. )

Likes

Team member, support from people I receive. Environment is not only thriving but also in a healthy state now, which is a testament to the efforts of senior members and organizations who prioritize sustainability and need of the people.

Dislikes

I dislike some of the double face people here in other departments who work here and not happy. If you are unhappy with current work situation, its better to explore other opportunities that align better with your goals and values. Rather than showing frustrations in reviews, talk with right people and get clarity.

I am happy to share my views about skidos. Overall experience was great. leave policy is good as they don't deduct anything. Offers flexibility and understanding. They also provide learning and development opportunities for career advancement. Adi (CEO) knows his team member very well through catch-ups.

Product team needs to work in sync more.

Just that it was hybrid before and you may actually get time to learn (from other sources offcourse) while on the job
