Parking to little far from office campus and unsafe to park vehicle after evening time. It become additional task to bring vehicle from parking in the evening to park in front of office.

...rector tell you office time is 9am to 6pm but the office time is 9am to 9 pm. 3. They will deduct your salary if you are coming late but they don't pay you for extra 3 hours you will work everyday. 4. TL, STL & Project manager will poke you without any reason on every hour during the day. 5. You will see every colleague in your team is frustrated and don't like to work in this company. 6. You will work here like a donkey not professional. SO IT'S YOUR CHOICE

...olicies : As a name suggests their policies always works in company's favour. Benefits/Compensation : No benefits not even a diwali bonus.

Very bad company,not fix any work time and late night work so irresponsible architectural company and zero Learning.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is lit bit decent but career growth is zero.

The company gives good appraisals/hike that is calculated on the basis of your yearly performances.

There is zero work life balance. 80% of the time employees are asked to stay till late to which there are no incentives provided except for a cab and dinner bill. Cab and dinner bill will only be provided at particular time and not before that. Even the female employees have to stay till late and by late this can stretch uptil 12@midnight to 4/5am in next morning. In the name of benefits there is just a cab and a dinner bill which won’t be provided before 8.30 and 9.30pm respectively and additionally a complimentary off will be given only case when you worked for 9+9 hours.
