Parking to little far from office campus and unsafe to park vehicle after evening time. It become additional task to bring vehicle from parking in the evening to park in front of office.

...rector tell you office time is 9am to 6pm but the office time is 9am to 9 pm. 3. They will deduct your salary if you are coming late but they don't pay you for extra 3 hours you will work everyday. 4. TL, STL & Project manager will poke you without any reason on every hour during the day. 5. You will see every colleague in your team is frustrated and don't like to work in this company. 6. You will work here like a donkey not professional. SO IT'S YOUR CHOICE

Salary and job security. You can live like a government employee if u comolet your 4-5 year and secure a senior level position like team leader

Dislikes

In my studio there is nothing to learn new things no innovation and skill devplopment but in other studios the case is totally opposite. If u want comfort and don't want to learn new thing come join Revit Retail studio else request Hr to join other studio(revit only).

Job security : Top tier. Skill development/learning : A great place for learning and personal growth but for a time being.

...olicies : As a name suggests their policies always works in company's favour. Benefits/Compensation : No benefits not even a diwali bonus.

Very bad company,not fix any work time and late night work so irresponsible architectural company and zero Learning.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is lit bit decent but career growth is zero.
