Administration is good , but at the time of payment they make some issues, vice principal is very co operative , teachers are very nice , all over atmoshphere is very friendly , I worked there 2years happily with my PRT staff

Dislikes

Counseller-Ashmit is very dominating , jealous person ,her nature is making the atmosphere uncomfortable some time , if any teacher is not buttering her , she insult her , pressurise her , and try to hurt by her activity , mainly she want to be a vice principal there , and making mess internally , She judges every teacher there by their look , and try to insult , even she never take the class well.

Good staff, friendly environment, multi workshops to improve teaching skills, supportive parents and management to run the school was best.. rules and regulations for everyone are same.... and again I want to work in this institution....

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
