SK SYSTEMS is a well known HVAC Design firm with great learning for freshers. I have started my career here and learn a lot. Good team mates, excellent opportunities for freshers.

Dislikes

The only thing I found is compensation is low otherwise a good reputed company.

It was nic working with svk systems, i like that daily i use to talk with Us clients, learned few things from svk systems.

Dislikes

I don't like that in pandamic also they ask us to come to office, after few days they gave wfh and started deducting the salry,so sad of that part

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
