You get the satisfaction that You have helped a student to realize his/her dream of becoming a doctor...that satisfaction gives You the spirit to put in more efforts and bring out the best in each student. The management is also not quite harsh on faculties. If There's anything that's bothering You, You can directly intimate to the management and They'll seek further action.

Dislikes

I personally felt insecure in this job. This job might be suitable only for fresh graduates and unmarried people because there will definitely be a disruption in usual work- life balance, You will find it difficult to do Your own personal stuffs after work ( job timings: 9am-6pm). They expect You to stay until 8 o clock at night twice a week for special Classes. You will be asked to shift between boys campus and girls campus which are quite distant from each other( for which They never Arrange any transport facility).

Worst place i have ever worked.

Dislikes

There is no permanent faculty for neet. No job security. They have only fresh faculty . No II T and Nit faculty. 12 hours ôf classes waste time and makes tired of students
