Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

About the nature of dealing things in a easy way and providing a helping hand to the freshers to have a good environment in the surroundings.

Dislikes

Senior engineers were very friendly but some of the local members ( workers/daily labour ) were not okay because of their consumption of bad activities. Overall it's a good time over there.

Can implement personal ideas, External as well as internal motivation, advanced Construction equipment / assets, Commercial aspects view, Target based working culture, Supportive Site Management, Best QA/QC and Safety Culture.

Dislikes

Lengthy working hours. Night work reliever not available.
