... with the employees, even for the old employees also their behavior is not good. Salary issues is also their they cut salary for even single minute.

Just this, that they make you work so much that your speed improves but quality not so much.

...here. There is no life when you work here, work-life balance doesn't even count. And the benefits & compensation, you can't even expect monthly salary in full.

...urce problem than reason behind it you and you got the notice or suspend letter.Most important thing is salary it will come in your account on next month of 20th before they never give salary some time it will be 2 month delay.So you can decide if you want to join for security than you are wrong.

One of the better agencies in Chhattisgarh to work for. The boss is a congenial person. Good repository of local and global clients to work upon. They oft incubate IITians as well which bring about much verve and vigor in the team. Overall a good platform to learn and leverage your experience and expertise.

Dislikes

Salaries and increments are arbitrary. HR policies need to be a bit lax. The one sec late salary cut policy should not be slapped on the first instance.

Work-life balance is very good here.team-leads are very polite and supportive. Everyone here is very helpful. Over all the environment is very positive over here

Dislikes

Nothing is really dislikeable. But if I have to mention one then this may be sometimes unavailability of drinking water due to sometimes late delivery of drinking water drums.
