...policies & sop's are best and all staff follows that...also management is good.. salary is on time between 4 to 8th of every month.... company create profile for new employee on their portal or app...In this cmpny if u have talant & extra skills so u grow & shine faster than others...very transparancy in work....yearly increment comes which is on ur performance that is held on site quarterly for each staff by their senior with explanation on the basis of behaviour with coworkers, conflicts record etc etc..very best for built a career here....also conduct training, oln lectures for new technologies used in const.
