I found my time working here extremely rewarding as i was not having a lot of experience before working here, but after being hired, and working here for a couple of years, finding work in other places became very easy.

Not a lot of bad words to say about this company

There are not many offices like this, where a culture of learning and growing is promoted, even before the prioritizing work targets

This is true for new and junior employees, senior employees still have to get through a lot of work

The prospect of career growth is great here, this is because of the learnings that are available as you work with colleagues who are are supportive and nice

The amount of work is a bit overwhelming at first

If have talent and are hard-working, there are chances you will progress well in this company as they recognize hard work and smart work when they see it

There can be some instances where you will need to be your own manager, so to speak
