The company has a lot of funds due to their ventures in crypto. It's a nice thing until it becomes obvious that those funds will not translate to better pay for the employees.

Dislikes

There is zero teamwork. The lack of leadership is evident. The company chooses to hire employees, not prepare them for the required tasks and then blame them for underperforming. They also have a habit of neglecting all of their employees and outsourcing their entire business. It also defeats having employees to begin with. People are afraid to work here, the leadership constantly verbally challenges employees to leave and often very rudely claim that employees have done no work even after weeks of effort goes into a project which was decided by the leadership. Therer is no vision, no motivation and most importantly, no safety and security. The CEO constantly hits on other women and makes inappropriate advances while refusing to take no for an answer.

Likes

Sixpep have provided me a platform to learn and implement flutter in a real time project.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect, but they have to concentrate to get permanent employees so that projects will take less time to come in market and growth will be faster. :)
