1. Amazing educated environment with many opportunities of growth. 2. Management will always support your ideas without confining you to a limited daily piece of work. 3. You are free to put your suggestions for any parts and departments of organizations unless your suggestions are meaningful and are adding some profit to the organization. 4. Promotions and increments are totally based on performance but are not that harder to get here. 5. There are fixed working hours but you will not be tortured for coming late in emergencies or with justified reasons. This flexibility is usually found in companies like google. 6. Ample amount of leaves are provided and also approved without much questions for work life balance. 7. Additionally unlike many small and big companies and organizations who are just focused on paying salaries, this organization provides you meal facilities, cab facilities, coffee, tea, water, neat and clean washrooms, personal and family health insurance with day 1 cover for all illness, and many other employee benefit schemes. I would summarize everything as this is a totally amazing place to work and stay for long.

Dislikes

For some a dislike maybe that this organization is US based so would go for only night shifts for most departments. Other than that finding a dislike is merely looking for a pin the haystack.

The process they have is good if someone wants to work in international sales domain, but their is lot of partiallity, as people who like buttering their managers But are praised more and those who just want to perform and work hard without buttering their managers are not respected at the company

Dislikes

Lack of transperency in work, they would praise anyone who gets a sale regularly but if you missed your target even for just one month they give you a PIP which is a warning letter to remove you after 30 days, they say you will get leaves but they never approve it ultimately deducting for the leaves even when you save your sick leaves and privileged leaves for speciall occasions and festivals. You dont get leaves and on national or even international holidays they will ask you to come and work.
