Situsamc the company job security is not guaranteed, and the company projects are whenever rampad down, whenever the management is fired you with no proper reason it's really bad for the company growth in future.

Good work environment and culture. Supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike from this year

You do work but instead of that here in this org you get satisfaction in all related aspects as compensation benefits, facilities, job security, work culture and yearly best appraisal percentage hikes as compare to other org within us mortgage industry.

Nothing expect need to provide both side cab options for morning shift members.

Unprofessional management, office politics at peak, management is not supportive to staff, HR is just a representative no authority. In a nutshell is you stuck in office politics then better to change job than raising your concerns as it will create more worse environment for you. Client base is not good, that lead to job security issue.
