1. Offered good Salary package

Dislikes

1. Management is unable to adapt to changing business environment because of which they are unable to get new business. This thus hamper's employee's job security. 2. At the time of peak business requirements employees are forced to work on weekends for months. Compensation is provided for weekend working but no option is given to opt out. 3. Medical insurance does not cover parents.

Salary is good for the mid-senior level employees,

No cab Facility Operations are not so good when it comes to people management. Sometimes managers will give you threat of PIP if your quality is less than the threshold well it don't matter if you are somewhat near to the threshold no career improvement opportunities

There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

...yee are a machine who sits on system for 9hrs pathetic in human behaviour!!!!!!! No salary growth promotion and hike for genuine people No job security at all. They can fire anytime with whatever's reasons Additional. Manager will force to work on weekends saying it is mandatory.

.... IJP is fake, all upper positions are reserved for friends in Mumbai branch. The associate manager just cut-off the hikes of juniors and add it on own salary. I have worked one year in SitusAMC and I got my Salary on time.

Dislikes

1. My last working day at Situs was 17th May and I need to get my final settlement within 45days and it's almost crossed 52 days and I have not got my settlement even after several mails to HR team.this is how They treat their employees.
