I don't like a single thing in this company.

...join this company, my advice is to join the factory as compared to this company. Actually this is not a company they are just labour work association in which you will never ever get any bonus, no appraisal if you did any appreciable work. They treat their employees as a labour, they even don't know how to make a good environment in office, they are using layman language.

Everything there is a dislike thing,very bad infra structure,No working balance,Deduct salary without any reason,no flexibility at all,treating like a labour even labour are in good condition rather then here.

Can be more structured in certain areas but overall good.

I'll right the pointers: Better communication between management and the team. Board members (Founders and co-founders) are really supportive and do take up conversations/Meetings regularly.

High workload. Office infrastructure is not preferably good, no facility of cafeteria, food etc.

Yaa this is the best platform to share our real review. so i just want to clarify that here in this company there is nothing good at all. All management are baised and there is no level of hypocrisy even they crossed the limit of hypocrisy. They are just lier. If you guys want to end your career so i would like to suggest you please join Siterecon AI. They will teach you to to destroy your career.Specially there is a person who think that he is a God but he even didn't realise that no one in the company have any respect of his.
