Nothing good about this company work ethics is poor and dosent give anything to employees dosent even listen or understand pressure of the employees

After getting offer letter, they'll give 3 week training and later they'll say we dont need more people.

1. Worst salary 2. Month on month rotational shifts 3. Politics 4. No activites or gifts for festivals. 5. No good transport

Working with sitel will help you learn many skills, everybody in their believe in gain knowledge and share knowledge. So you can expect to learn some skills if you show some good interest.

Dislikes

Everybody works for the money, so if at all your looking for the good salary, I would not recommend sitel.

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
