The work that we do is amazing, especially everyone on the client side at An*P*an. Our work involves lots of hardcore technical troubleshooting. One of a kind process for any BPO! It's sort of an L1 engineer's work.

EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Fully biased towards hi favorite employees and gave appraisal accordingly.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.

The company is good and the environment is good as well.

...gets as well. Meeting the metrix is so hard here and you don't even get a hike. The new joiners will get more pay than you but you won't be getting any hike. Plus you can't avail a paid leave on here.

... it is very less. During r and r they will just clap hands no gifts and nothing Salary will be very low compared to other companies and for 5 k hike you have to wait 5 years
