Salary package is too low work is 4x the salary. It has been 3 years working here the increment is only 800 rs after being the agent if the year strange but yes true.. planning to leave the company after 31st December.

...r home pick and drop, Growth at Sitel is quick depending on your average scores. SALARY at sitel is very low not even close to the market value, good for freshers. Sitel management is friendly and transparent. Politics is everywhere.

Salary, because hike dosent happen when it has to. Sitel would be the last company or at times "NO" in this regards. "BUT IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, SITEL TEACHES TEACHES A LOT OF THINGS".

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.

The people are great and environment with colleagues is amazing. The TL's and SME's are also cool

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives

The work that we do is amazing, especially everyone on the client side at An*P*an. Our work involves lots of hardcore technical troubleshooting. One of a kind process for any BPO! It's sort of an L1 engineer's work.

Dislikes

EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Fully biased towards hi favorite employees and gave appraisal accordingly.
