There is no job security or give-and-take policy, and there is no appreciation at all. All dislikes are just a waste of time here. They manipulate everything and only do things for show. Additionally, they manipulate the internal job posting scores and positions are already fixed for certain people.

Nothing good about this company work ethics is poor and dosent give anything to employees dosent even listen or understand pressure of the employees

After getting offer letter, they'll give 3 week training and later they'll say we dont need more people.

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

The process that I was in had good UK shift timings.

...work or efficiency but those who are managers pets. They do not value employees. They are bothered about cost cutting most of the time. Appraisals do not happen every year. Work environment is dull and boring.
