...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Great place to work, your basic pay might be verg less but the incentives will make it reach upto 30k baeed on your performance (talking about bell process in sitel)

Sitel doesn't treat there employees well. We don't have authority to take our leaves as per we want. They don't allow any emergency leave or sick leave and if you have any emergency and if you take a day off they will cut your whole incentives for a month. They ask for doctors appointment if you are sick. They force you to do overtime. Work culture and employee experience is so bad. I am working here only because I need the job. As soon as I get the opportunity to leave it will.
