...ong-term served employees. So you will get much less exposure to the project. 3. Salary Hike is very low and every 2 years they do it after demanding it. 4. The promotions option is not available here. 5. As a fresher 1 year is enough to work here. 6. Management is not interested to upgrade its employees.

Better package to offer but it’s not worthy as you don’t know how long you will be able to draw that salary.Well it depends on the department but overall this organisation makes too many changes and it’s difficult to cope with work pressure

... I can always speak up freely. Management is very transperant in all aspects. They give good bonus and appraisals every year. Good learning opportunities.
