They don't give salary increment. They don't bother about your mental or physical health. Save yourself if you have any other job offer.

Got a decent hike while joining. Not sure how it will be after a year. No clarity on increment or promotion.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Salary delay is normal. Sometimes they give salary after 7th of the month. HR people don't show interest in resolving employee's problems. Medical benefits are not provided on time. No idea how the government is not doing anything about it. Perhaps no one is reporting it.
