Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Apart from the pay, nothing exciting to work here.

Dislikes

Culture of the company is bad. There is no direction on what needs to be done technically. It keeps changing. No trust on the engineering managers. Company doesn't have a corporate culture. Old folks are favoured even if they are not upto the mark. Lots of issues in the code, stories are dragged for approval, then the team is expected to deliver on ahort notice, way of communication is not professional. Join here only if you care about money.

Only good thing about this company is that you get salary on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, buttering seniors can only get you promotion, does not matter if you work hard or good..if your senior does not like you they will find silly mistakes in your work and make it big and eventually harass you that either you left your job or they will give you bad ratings untill company will tell you to leave.
