There's an ease and mental peace while working in this company, And this involves the job security, the friendliness among the employees. HR and Management are approachable and most of the time query is addressed and resolved quickly. The company has recently launched many employee-friendly policies and constantly asks for feedback from the employees across various fields.

Dislikes

I feel there's still room for improvement in recognizing the work and giving/rewarding the due credence of the employees. It goes for quarterly RnR and weekly TYIM. Not that the company does injustice and rewards those who are not worth it, but many deserving employees don't even make it to the list. Of course, they won't say to management or will send an email for the same, but making a system where more employees could get credit for their labor and due diligence will boost their morale. This is only my take.
