The culture is turned always only for some particular person like finance dgm. No std for culture and no more suspected to turn day to day...he is only person who get all benefit and fast growth if any one of his cast....

Dislikes

Even it is having corporate name, no one knows about corporate culture and role and responsibilities...worst treat to employees...work times always changed according to dgms.....not job secured..not possible for promotion unless their caste...no canteen...
