...rtments'. There is no professionalism. They treat their new joiners like labour. In very less salary they will tell you to do every type of work. Casual workers earn more than engineers in this company.

Company is not supporting in this critical time of COVID-19 lockdown. They have not given salary during the lockdown period(april, may) of any engineer apprentice trainee. Company HR is also not responding when asked about payment or job.

Dislikes

No salary sheet provided hence, any of the cut in salary is not known and HR donot clearly tell about any of cutting. Eg. wether you use canteen or not 1500 is deducted per month for apprentice trainee

Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.Also ,there is no on job training for fresher.

Teammates are good. There is no Job Security at all, Salary Growth is very low as per market. There is more politics then Work. Once you join Sintercom you have to forget about your family.

I really enjoy working there. And there it is very nice to work in the production department, we all work as a team, so that the company will benefit a lot, I always try to do the same.

Dislikes

I do not like to work in this condition when there is no equal main power and the work is very critical.
