I joined as trainee, was promised to get twice or triple pay after 6 months, worked hard to learn and grow, but at the they just doubled the salary, project management and coding standards are not compulsory, you just have to complete the project before time, by working 12 hours or more in a day. SBU heads are very supportive but still management delivers useless code and buggy products.

Team environment was good, senior developers were very supportive although, I didn't like anything about working there.

...ahut achhe the....but company bahut ghatiya h... Never recommended to anyone....8k salary me 15+ hours work karate h ye log.... Mentally torcher karte h.... company ka COO bolta h ...mere juban ki koi value nahi h...Mai jo v bolta hu usko written me lo. Please don't join this company will destroy your life, career.

... singsys more than 1 year then you can handle any situation in other company . This provide a good salary to employees and no late.

No job security. For fresher it is good only for 1 year max. Not Good company for experience person I was suffered. Management is too bad no one is going to listen your problem. In maximum project they just copy paste. But if you work here 1 year you can work in any worst company in any pressure bcz in singsys it is too much. Life goes hell. Here health check up is going on but it totally fake only weight and BP company HR noted . No work time limit I have work maximum time approx 14- 18 hrs.

In my opinion which I was suffered there job security , salary, learning, work life balance is totally disturb . Here we think we are engineer or bandha majdoor.
