No job security, too mich politics, too much everyday monitoring and they have projects only of php , if you join on projects of language other tha pho like Dot net or java or node js then you will be terminated as the project ends.

Biased management Politics No work life balance-> long working hours you have to work amor than 11 hrs daily, some times you need to stay late in night till 3 am or 4 am or sometime whole night even for the project you are not working on. Hire and Fire-> they may fire you after 15 days of joining saying your performance is not good Compension-> A labourer can earn more than an engineer is earning here. Increment is a joke. If you are staying here for more than 3 years than your yearly increment will be 1k only.
