Biased management Politics No work life balance-> long working hours you have to work amor than 11 hrs daily, some times you need to stay late in night till 3 am or 4 am or sometime whole night even for the project you are not working on. Hire and Fire-> they may fire you after 15 days of joining saying your performance is not good Compension-> A labourer can earn more than an engineer is earning here. Increment is a joke. If you are staying here for more than 3 years than your yearly increment will be 1k only....Read More
