Nothing at all. The founder himself does not know anything. He is a very musmanaged person. He will fire you once he has got his pending work done.

...for a much deserved appraisal, as the company is run by a very "kanjoos" person. He will find all ways to not give you a salary raise even if you work for 2-3 years here. I was laid off because I kept asking for a salary raise, that too without a notice. One day you are working, next day whoosh!! You're fired!!

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
