Higher management is relatively flexible about creating working atmosphere better.

Dislikes

Higher management is highly influenced by certain person who are driving the company according to their own interest and ego. They are not flexible to accept modern changes and technology neither values the professional advices. As a result company is loosing employees who likes to put their values towards the growth of the company.

Higher management is good, working hour is hardly deviates.

Dislikes

Lot of political issues are there, few old employees are there in the org who always keeps on lobbing and criticises young educated people and management doesn't address these issues.
