...too much. In my 7 years teaching this is the worst school that I have ever seen. During covid 19 scenario they are providing only 40% salary and when I talked about the same after 4 months they fire me. Management is worst they ate not supportive at all. No leave policy in this school. One month advance salary they took as security, In my 7 month working I loss more that 112000 in this school. You can't say job security is there as every month teachers are coming and leaving....

Management and leave policy You can't take half day Leave without prior information cause deduction of two day salary.. Too many arrangements periods.

No trainings, politics in the peak, higher authority took decision after listening to their maid too, poor listening skills of the management. No career growth. Outdated educationa system. People don't want to change them.

Got to know that ethics, honesty,hard work doesn't matter at all,only smart work matters which entails doing nothing just showing off. Teachers are not required here only tuition kings excel here.
