1. No Form 16 no Tax deduction on payslips and I.T for company. You an employee will be paying the tax deduction form your CTC to the organisation form your salary P.A. 2. 14% P.A flat tax Deduction from your C.T.C. 3. As an employee of S.E.S.L you cannot apply for any loans form bank because you don't have any of the above deductions mentioned in your pay slip. 4. No PF. 5. No medical. 6. No insurance.

As I am working in Sales it is very important to have a very positive and supportive working environment in the company which I found at Singhania Education Services.

Dislikes

Salary part is good but they are not offerings other benefits like Insurance etc.

The Chief operations officer is an amazing man with a great vision for the company Flexible timing with 9 hrs shift

No WFH option available at all! HR and upper management worthless Makes false promises Expect to work like a donkey while paying peanuts No work life balance Micromanagement No proper grievances redressal system Senior managers are all novices, inexperienced Every minute, new deadlines and priorities No proper hierarchy of reporting Some senior staff members are absolutely worthless and unempathetic Have no respect for people, their experience, their lives, etc.

This Company boasts terrible work culture. there is an lack of management with strick school like rules that create a stifling and negative environment. No benefits for employee, Management seems to actively try to degrade and demotivate its workforce. there is absolutely no opportunities for growth here. Avoid this company at any cost. Worst organisation.

Toxic culture Extremely immature seniors HR shouts and threatens if u ask for leaves No focus on performance and productivity No set rules in HR, no benefits Most of the senior staff is from an average tutoring company so no idea of corporate culture
