Nothing is good about there corporate culture

Dislikes

This Company boasts terrible work culture. there is an lack of management with strick school like rules that create a stifling and negative environment. No benefits for employee, Management seems to actively try to degrade and demotivate its workforce. there is absolutely no opportunities for growth here. Avoid this company at any cost. Worst organisation.

You an employee will be paying the tax deduction form your CTC to the organisation form your salary P.A. 2. 14% P.A flat tax Deduction from your C.T.C. 3. As an employee of S.E.S.L you cannot apply for any loans form bank because you don't have any of the above deductions mentioned in your pay slip. 4. No PF. 5. No medical. 6.
