There is nothing to like. So here I go—-Not at all preferred job or organisation to work for!! Anybody has been given the authority to become the TLs, one girl ms. Aggarwal was the worst TL or so called mentor for the team who stopped some people’s appraisals by giving false reviews to the management . Bad managers, not at all supportive staff even within colleagues , everyone is interested in each other’s personal lives and they stop your cv in other IP companies by giving bad review about you.

This is a place for the persons who doesn’t want to grow in career. No promotion is given. Only people working with MKS is given promotion. No court appearances are given. The matters are prepared by one and the appearance before court is done by another.

Dislikes

The firm has around 10-15 matters. You are required to draft list of dates for two - three months. You will work on only one matter for two months atleast. You have mug up each and every thing written in contract and correspondence between the parties. One letter misses and you are gone. Worse policies of the firm.
