Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

For junior resources its a good place to start your career and learn things about industry. But for a senior resource (4+ years) not a good platform. Nothing much to learn

Dislikes

Forces to work from office even during pandemic forces you to take leaves to avoid reimbursement Very confused management. The work policies keep changing on the fly without notice

Its a small firm which aims to achieve ambitious ideas and projects and forces the technical team to work accordingly, there will be alot of things you learn unknowingly there while fulfilling the requirements in a agile Manner.

Dislikes

Can have more seniors to guide juniors.

Bad work environment for both fresher and experienced pathetic work culture good for beginners to learn new technologies as same person is overburdened with lots of work as no workforce. Bad management worst for not only girls but also for boys. They don't treat you as humans there.

My experience was bad. Managed by owner/CEO, you can't look for job security in such companies. During my time it looked like focusing on immaterial reasons, rather than the actual deliverables.
