Product quality and brand image are very strong in the market, company is pioneer in new design and development.

Dislikes

poor management, too much politics in work, and too bad HR policies, for ex. if you join on 1st October then the expected salary hike should be next October, but as per their policy you are eligible next to next April i.e. you have to work for extra 6 months without getting salary hike.

Likes

Only brand image and innovative products are to be enjoyable there , nothing else.

Dislikes

No bonus, PF & other employee benefits , no medical or other insurance, stinking working culture, no hierarchy protocol even by MD/CEO/directors (very rude & cheap behaviour, they often uses lower standard language ) , no employee retainment, dummy HR system, flattery & corrupt managers and lot of other bad areas. Review is a must before any decision.

I like working in Simpolo due to the best working atmosphere here for the females. The company fully stick on with the Core Value of the company. The management is very down to earth. They give ear to their employees. Simpolo always welcome their employees new ideas.

Dislikes

There's nothing as dislike only thing is that having worked in Metros and MNC, there is little lacking in the work culture. If the Corporate office was out of Morbi, it could have given a better impact to the company.

WE HAVE BEEN OBSERVING CHANGES IN WORK CULTURE , AND COMPANY HAS TAKEN INITATIVE HOPE IT WILL BE BETTER WORK CULTURE THAN PAST.
